Supportive Role: As a barback at Total Access Events Inc., you'll provide crucial support to the bartending staff, ensuring smooth operations during events and functions.
Inventory Management: You'll assist in inventory management tasks such as restocking supplies, monitoring levels of alcohol, mixers, and garnishes, and alerting management when items need replenishing.
Setup and Breakdown: Responsibilities include assisting with the setup and breakdown of bars and beverage stations before and after events, ensuring they are organized and well-stocked throughout.
Customer Service: While primarily supporting bartenders, you'll also engage with customers, assisting with their needs, delivering drinks, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Cleanliness and Safety: Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols are paramount. You'll be responsible for keeping the bar area clean, collecting empty glasses, and promptly addressing any spills or hazards.
